动植物在地质灾害发生前常会有异常表现,而众灵之长的人类,却似乎丧失了对自然灾害的天然预测能力。因此,人类从未放弃借助外力对地质灾害做出预测。时至今日,空间技术的发展加强了人类对自然的观测能力,如遥感技术、合成孔径雷达干涉测量技术、无人机等。如果能把先进的空间技术运用到地质灾害的预测中,将会大大提高地质灾害的观测和预防水平。
Animals and plants often perform abnormally before the occurrence of geological disasters, while human beings, long as human beings, seem to have lost their natural ability to predict natural disasters. Therefore, human beings have never given up predicting the geological disasters through external forces. To date, the development of space technology has strengthened the ability of mankind to observe nature, such as remote sensing technology, synthetic aperture radar interferometry, drone and so on. If we can apply advanced space technology to the prediction of geological disasters, we will greatly increase the level of observation and prevention of geological disasters.
