观察荻田七号菌段木栽培灵芝(简称段木灵芝)对果蝇寿命、老龄小鼠血清和肝组织中的过氧化脂质(LPO)含量和小鼠血红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响,结果表明,段木灵芝能显著延长果蝇的平均寿命和最高寿命;降低老龄小鼠血清和肝组织LPO的含量;提高小鼠红细胞内SOD的活性。初步提示段木灵芝具有一定的延缓衰老作用。
Observing the cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum (short for Duanmu Ganoderma lucidum) in the field of Putian No.7 fungus, the lipid peroxidation (LPO) content in the serum and liver tissue of mice, and the red blood cell superoxide dismutase (SOD) in mice. The effects of the activity showed that Duanmu Lingzhi could significantly prolong the average life span and the longest lifespan of Drosophila; the content of LPO in serum and liver tissue of aged mice was decreased; and the activity of SOD in mouse red blood cells was increased. The preliminary indication is that Duanmu Lingzhi has a certain anti-aging effect.
