本文报告经手术与病理证实的肾上腺外嗜铬细胞瘤29例32个瘤体。超声检出率为90．6％，定位准确率93．8％。肿瘤声像表现无特异性，与其他肿瘤较难鉴别。同时讨论了良性、恶性肿瘤鉴别点。 This article reports 29 cases of 32 adrenal pheochromocytoma confirmed by surgery and pathology. The ultrasonic detection rate was 90.6% and the positioning accuracy rate was 93.8%. The tumor imaging features are non-specific and difficult to distinguish from other tumors. At the same time, benign and malignant tumors were identified.
