[目的/意义]MOOC的快速发展为高校图书馆开展新的服务、实现资源服务社会化提供了良好的契机和窗口,分析MOOC环境下的高校图书馆服务转型对完善图书馆服务有重要意义。[方法/过程]通过总结分析MOOC环境下用户需求特点与高校图书馆的角色定位,探究了高校图书馆基于MOOC的服务转型策略。[结果/结论]MOOC体现了社会对于信息化教育和全民教育的期望和肯定,高校图书馆作为MOOC运动的推动者之一,应当以用户在学习过程中的资源需求特点、学习目的性、对课堂环境的融入需求等特点,开展诸如MOOC资源收集整理和导航服务,参与MOOC课程并提供学科服务,合理建设馆藏资源,馆际合作等多种服务策略,实现高校图书馆服务方式扩展和服务内容的创新,促进高校图书馆服务策略的适应性转型。[局限]还需进一步加强对国外高校图书馆基于MOOC的服务发展的关注。
[Purpose / Significance] The rapid development of MOOC has provided a good opportunity and window for the development of new services in university libraries and the socialization of resource services. It is of great significance to analyze the service transformation of university libraries under the MOOC environment to improve the service of libraries. [Methods / Processes] By analyzing and analyzing the characteristics of user needs and the role of university libraries in MOOC environment, this paper explores the MOOC-based service transformation strategies of university libraries. [Results / Conclusion] MOOC embodies the expectation and affirmation of informatization education and universal education in society. As one of the promoters of MOOC movement, university library should take the characteristics of resource demand, learning purpose, Classroom environment integration needs such as MOOC resources to carry out collection and navigation services to participate in MOOC courses and provide academic services, reasonable collection of resources and inter-museum cooperation and other service strategies to achieve the expansion of university library services and services Innovation to Promote the Adaptive Transformation of Service Strategies in University Libraries. [Limitations] Further attention needs to be given to the development of MOOC-based services in foreign university libraries.
