采用喂饲法 ,建立了转Bt基因棉叶片和蕾对棉铃虫初孵幼虫的抗虫性测定方法及相应的指标。叶片喂饲法 :第 2~ 3展开叶用浸水的脱脂棉保湿放入玻璃或塑料容器中 ,接 5头初孵幼虫 ,用扎孔的塑料薄膜封口 ,在 (2 7± 1)℃条件下饲养 5d后记录死亡率、存活幼虫发育龄期及危害级别。蕾喂饲法 :每蕾接 2头初孵幼虫 ,控制条件同上 ,喂饲 3d后 ,记录幼虫死亡率和存活幼虫发育龄期。以上方法的建立 ,为转Bt基因棉抗虫性的时空规律与害虫抗性选育和遗传规律的研究提供了较为可靠、简便的方法。

The establishment of the above method provides a more reliable and convenient method for studying the spatiotemporal rules of insect-resistant Bt cotton and pest resistance breeding and genetic research.
