建立了双阀双柱单氢火焰检测器快速检测非甲烷总烃(NMHCs)的气相色谱分析方法,通过直接检测总烃和甲烷值,以及两者差值计算非甲烷总烃值,同时最后切换十通阀将高沸点组分反吹出甲烷柱,有效避免了出峰较晚的高沸点组分对分析结果的影响。方法能准确测量总烃、甲烷和非甲烷总烃,分析时间小于1 min,标准曲线线性达到0.9999。方法精密度优于0.2%,检出限为甲烷0.02 mg/m~3,非甲烷总烃0.026 mg/m~3(以甲烷计),满足HJ/T38-1999性能指标要求。
A gas chromatographic method for rapid detection of non-methane total hydrocarbons (NMHCs) was established by using a two-valve two-column single-hydrogen flame detector. Total hydrocarbon and methane values were directly detected and the difference between them was used to calculate the total non-methane hydrocarbons. The ten-way valve blows the high-boiling components back out of the column of methane, effectively avoiding the influence of the higher-boiling components having a higher peak on the analysis result. The method can accurately measure the total hydrocarbon, methane and non-methane total hydrocarbons, the analysis time is less than 1 min and the standard curve linearity reaches 0.9999. The precision of the method is better than 0.2%, and the detection limit is 0.02 mg / m 3 for methane and 0.026 mg / m 3 for non-methane total hydrocarbons, which meets the performance requirements of HJ / T38-1999.
