运用数据包络分析测度我国高技术产业五大行业的知识管理效率,结论显示:电子计算机及办公设备制造业综合技术效率最高,其资源配置和资源使用都有效;航空航天器制造业综合技术效率最低,主要因为其规模无效所致;电子及通信设备制造业和医疗设备及仪器仪表制造业综合技术效率较低,是因为这两行业规模效率无效;医药制造业综合技术效率较低是因为其资源配置和资源使用低效导致。在此基础上提出高技术产业知识管理效率提升的对策建议。
Using data envelopment analysis to measure the efficiency of knowledge management in five industries of high-tech industry in our country, the conclusion shows that the comprehensive technology of computer and office equipment manufacturing industry has the highest efficiency and the resource allocation and resource utilization are all effective. The aerospace manufacturing industry has the lowest efficiency , Mainly due to the inefficiency of its scale; the low efficiency of comprehensive technology in the manufacturing of electronic and communications equipment, medical equipment and instrumentation manufacturing industry was due to the inefficiency of economies of scale in these two industries; and the lower efficiency of comprehensive technology in pharmaceutical manufacturing was due to its resources Configuration and inefficient use of resources. Based on this, the countermeasures and suggestions on improving the efficiency of high-tech industry knowledge management are put forward.
