目的了解高校体育教育本科专业学生健康素养现状,为高校体育教育专业课程改革提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法,选取江苏省6所开办体育教育本科专业的高校,每校每年级随机选取1个班共642人进行问卷调查。结果体育教育专业学生健康素养的整体具备率为14.95%,男、女生差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.14,P=0.704)。基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能3个方面健康素养的具备率分别为35.05%,29.91%和9.81%;健康素养平衡的人数仅占达标人数的21.88%,占被调查总人数的3.27%;49.07%的学生发生了健康素养分离,是具备平衡健康素养人数的15倍。结论体育教育专业学生的健康素养水平不高,各类素养分离严重。
Objective To understand the status quo of health literacy of undergraduates majoring in physical education in colleges and universities, and to provide the basis for the reform of physical education major in colleges and universities. Methods The multi-stage stratified random sampling method was used to select six undergraduate colleges of physical education in Jiangsu Province. A 642 students were randomly selected from each class in each school to conduct a questionnaire survey. Results The overall health literacy rate of PE majors was 14.95%. There was no significant difference between males and females (χ2 = 0.14, P = 0.704). Basic knowledge and concept, healthy lifestyles and behaviors, and basic skills were 35.05%, 29.91% and 9.81% respectively; the balance of health literacy accounted for only 21.88% of the total number of people surveyed, accounting for the total number of people surveyed 3.27%; 49.07% of the students had health literacy separation, which is 15 times the number of people with balanced health literacy. Conclusion The level of health literacy of PE majors is not high, and the quality of all kinds of literacy is severely separated.
