目前,对空气和废气中的硫化氢的测定采用亚甲基蓝分光光度法,对车间环境空气中的硫化氢的测定采用GBZ/T160.33-2004硝酸银目视比色法。硝酸银目视比色法由于黄褐色硫化银胶体颜色的深浅比较难以辨别,加上分析人员主观判断不同,造成样品测定的重复性、准确性较差。本实验在国家标准目视比色法的基础上,选用合适的比色波长,找到符合实验要求的比色时间,采用紫外分光光度计进行比色,得到了比较理想的标准曲线,很好的灵敏度、准确度,建立了硝酸银紫外分光光度法测定工作场所空气中硫化氢的新方法。
