桃园二号隧道位于广州增城至从化高速公路中段从化境内,隧道地质构造复杂,岩体破碎。为确保施工安全,减少和避免地质灾害的发生,采用新奥法施工。详细介绍关键工序及工艺控制,并采用TGP206及LTD2100技术进行超前地质预报,有效提高了速度分析精度和构造定位精度,采用动态反馈设计与信息化施工,通过超前地质预报系统、监控量测等手段,对施工信息进行采集、分析、反馈,在确保施工安全、优化设计等方面取得较好效果。
Taoyuan No.2 Tunnel is located in Conghua, Zengcheng, Guangzhou to the middle of Conghua Highway. The tunnel has complex geological structure and the rock mass is broken. In order to ensure construction safety, reduce and avoid the occurrence of geological disasters, adopt the new Austrian law construction. The key processes and process control are introduced in detail. The advanced geological prediction is carried out by using TGP206 and LTD2100 technologies, which effectively improves the speed analysis accuracy and the construction positioning accuracy. The dynamic feedback design and information construction are adopted.
