本文针对非稳态高速成形过程,讨论了冲击载荷和体积力的计算问题,给出了一种全面考虑冲击载荷与体积力作用的刚塑性有限元方程.并且将此分析成功地应用于锻造过程中上下模具金属填充性能的比较研究.
Aiming at the unsteady high-speed forming process, this paper discusses the computational problems of impact load and bulk force, and presents a rigid-plastic finite element equation which fully considers the impact load and body force. And this analysis was successfully applied to forging process of metal mold filling performance comparison.
