本文阐述了起动过程中柴油着火的相关因素及着火所需温度。并介绍了柴油机压缩过程受到进气门关闭滞后及空气通过活塞环泄漏的影响时,实际压缩终点的压力和温度的计算方法。还用热力学近似计算的方法,确定柴油机压缩过程中的平均压缩多变指数,进而确定压缩终点的温度和压力。试验证明,计算曲线和实验曲线误差不超过3%。
This article describes the relevant factors of diesel ignition during start-up and the temperature required for ignition. The calculation method of the actual compression end pressure and temperature when the compression process of the diesel engine is affected by the closing of the intake valve and the leakage of air through the piston ring is introduced. The thermodynamic approximation method was also used to determine the mean compressive and variability index of the diesel engine during compression and to determine the temperature and pressure at the end of compression. Experiments show that the calculated curve and experimental curve error does not exceed 3%.
