目的探讨血小板α颗粒膜糖蛋白CD62P和溶酶体膜糖蛋白CD63的表达与急性脑梗死患者予以硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗的关系。方法用流式细胞仪和单克隆抗体标记法检测80例急性脑梗死患者硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗前后CD62P和CD63水平变化。结果急性脑梗死硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗前CD62P和CD63的表达明显高于治疗后(P<0.01)。结论急性脑梗死患者予以硫酸氢氯吡格雷可能降低其血小板活化能力,因此对急性脑梗死治疗有益。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of platelet α-granule membrane glycoprotein CD62P and lysosomal membrane glycoprotein CD63 and clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods The changes of CD62P and CD63 levels in 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction before and after treatment with clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate were detected by flow cytometry and monoclonal antibody labeling. Results The expression of CD62P and CD63 before clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate treatment in acute cerebral infarction was significantly higher than that after treatment (P <0.01). Conclusion Clopidogrel hydrogen sulphate may reduce the activation of platelet in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Therefore, it is beneficial to the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
