本文是在实验室条件下,对柱状晶发达的3.0%硅钢连铸坯进行的热塑性变形抗力模拟试验。试验结果表明,在800~1250℃温度范围内,变形程度为8~80%、变形速度为12~120/秒时,3.0%硅钢的热塑性变形抗力(σ_p)随试验温度的升高而减小,随变形程度(ε)和变形速度(?)的增加而增大。与普碳钢BY1比较,在同等条件下,BY1的变形抗力比3.0%硅钢大3~5Skg/mm~2。
In this paper, under the laboratory conditions, the columnar grain developed 3.0% of the silicon steel billet thermoplastic deformation resistance simulation test.
