目的:建立广山楂总黄酮含量测定方法,比较广西不同产地广山楂中总黄酮的含量。方法:采用可见分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,采用硝酸铝显色反应,在505nm处测定广山楂总黄酮含量。结果:芦丁浓度在0.016 4~0.065 6(mg/mL)之间线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 5,平均回收率为98.53%(RSD值为1.39%)。不同产地广山楂总黄酮含量存在差异,其中广西贺州产广山楂总黄酮含量最高。结论:该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于广山楂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of total flavonoids in hawthorn, and to compare the content of total flavonoids in hawthorn of different origins in Guangxi. Methods: Using visible spectrophotometry, rutin as a reference substance, aluminum nitrate color reaction, determination of the content of total flavonoids in hawthorn at 505nm. Results: The linearity of rutin between 0.016 4 and 0.065 6 (mg / mL) was good with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 5 and an average recovery of 98.53% (RSD 1.39%). There are differences in the content of total flavonoids in different origins of hawthorn, among them, the content of total flavonoids in hawthorn is the highest in Hezhou, Guangxi. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of hawthorn.
