酸性铬枣红在弱酸性介质中与镓形成有色络合物,可用作比色测定镓的新试剂。我们研究了该试剂比色测定镓的条件,最适宜的PH值范围为5.7—7。常温显色后105分钟,有色络合物达到稳定,放置两天后颜色尚无变化。试剂(Ⅰ)的最大吸收为485mμ,而有色络合物的最大吸收力495mμ。镓的量在50毫升体积中由1—13微克范围内符合于比尔定律。并初步的用于铝土矿中镓的测定,获得与罗丹明B法相符合的结果。
Acidic chromate forms a colored complex with gallium in weakly acidic media and can be used as a new reagent for colorimetric determination of gallium. We studied the reagent colorimetric determination of gallium conditions, the most suitable pH range of 5.7-7. 105 minutes after the coloration at room temperature, the colored complex reached a steady state, leaving the color unchanged after two days. Reagent (I) had a maximum absorption of 485 mμ, while the colored complex had a maximum absorption of 495 mμ. The amount of gallium complies with Beer’s law in the 50 ml volume from 1-13 micrograms. And preliminary for the determination of gallium in bauxite, obtained with Rhodamine B method consistent results.
