目的探讨子宫腺肌病在位内膜和异位内膜组织中凋亡抑制基因Livin和增殖细胞核抗原(PC-NA)的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法,检测30例子宫腺肌病患者的在位(腺肌病在位内膜组)和异位内膜(腺肌病异位内膜组)及25例正常子宫内膜组织(对照组)中PCNA和Livin蛋白的表达。结果 PCNA蛋白表达在子宫腺肌病在位内膜组低于异位内膜组,高于对照组,三者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Livin蛋白在对照组和子宫腺肌病在位内膜组中无表达,在子宫腺肌病异位内膜组中表达显著(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜细胞增殖能力增强,细胞凋亡减弱,与子宫腺肌病的发生、发展有关。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of apoptosis-suppressing gene Livin and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PC-NA) in eutopic and ectopic endometrial tissues of patients with adenomyosis. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the presence of 30 cases of adenomyosis (adenomyosis eutopic endometrium group) and ectopic endometrium (adenomyosis ectopic endometrium group) and 25 cases of normal uterus Membrane tissue (control group) PCNA and Livin protein expression. Results The expression of PCNA protein was lower in eutopic endometrium group than in ectopic endometrium group, higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The expression of Livin protein in control group and adenomyosis The eutopic endometrium group had no expression in the ectopic endometrium group and significant expression in the ectopic endometrium group of adenomyosis (P <0.05). Conclusion The proliferation of endometrial cells is enhanced and apoptosis is weakened, which is related to the occurrence and development of adenomyosis.
