双丰林业局地处小兴安岭南坡,呼兰河上中游南岸,东经127°36′—128°27′,北纬46°28′—46°48′,属于低山丘陵地形,地势较为平坦,平均海拔高300—500米,最低159米,最高1429米,平均坡度在10°—15°之间,局部最大坡度可达38°左右。本区属于寒温带大陆性湿润季节气候区,春季来的迟缓,风多雨少;夏季短,湿热,降水量多而集中;秋季降温迅速,霜来的早;冬季漫长,寒冷,温差大。全年平均气温1℃左右,最低气温—30℃,极端最低气温(1月中旬)—39～—42℃,最高气温为33℃,极端最高气温(7月中旬—8月中旬)为+38℃。年平均降水量为823毫米。≥10℃的年积温
