目的观察宫颈泰栓的收敛、抗炎、抗菌作用．方法取新鲜蛋清液，豚鼠直肠和皮肤，观察宫颈泰栓的收敛作用；取体重２５～３０ｇ健康小鼠１２０只，随机分为６组，观察宫颈泰栓对二甲苯造成鼠耳炎症反应的影响；取１４０～１６５ｇ健康大鼠如只，随机分为９组．观察宫颈泰枪对滤纸片到成肉芽肿模型的影响；用平皿法和试管法观察宫颈泰栓对金葡菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆茵、链球菌、白色念珠菌等细菌的抗菌作用．结果宫颈泰栓（或粉）可使蛋清液沉淀．使豚鼠肠粘膜和皮肤变白、紧缩等；对二甲苯造成鼠耳炎症反应有明显抑制作用；对小鼠尾部绿脓杆菌感染有明显保护作用；对金葡菌、链球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆茵、白色念球菌均有明显抑菌作用。结论宫颈泰栓有明显收敛、抗炎、抗菌作用，是治疗宫颈糜烂较理想的药物．
Objective To observe the convergence of cervical Thai suppository, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects. The antibacterial effect of cervical Tai-chong on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus, Candida albicans and other bacteria was observed by plate method and test tube method. Results cervical Thai suppository (or powder) can precipitate the egg white liquid. So that guinea pig intestinal mucosa and skin whitening, tightening, etc .; p-xylene caused by rat ear inflammatory response was significantly inhibited; Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in mice had a significant protective effect; Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, E. coli, green Pus rod Yin, Candida albicans have significant inhibitory effect. Conclusion cervical Thai suppository has obvious convergence, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial effect, is more ideal for the treatment of cervical erosion drugs.
