目的观察宫颈泰栓的收敛、抗炎、抗菌作用.方法取新鲜蛋清液,豚鼠直肠和皮肤,观察宫颈泰栓的收敛作用;取体重25~30g健康小鼠120只,随机分为6组,观察宫颈泰栓对二甲苯造成鼠耳炎症反应的影响;取140~165g健康大鼠如只,随机分为9组.观察宫颈泰枪对滤纸片到成肉芽肿模型的影响;用平皿法和试管法观察宫颈泰栓对金葡菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆茵、链球菌、白色念珠菌等细菌的抗菌作用.结果宫颈泰栓(或粉)可使蛋清液沉淀.使豚鼠肠粘膜和皮肤变白、紧缩等;对二甲苯造成鼠耳炎症反应有明显抑制作用;对小鼠尾部绿脓杆菌感染有明显保护作用;对金葡菌、链球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆茵、白色念球菌均有明显抑菌作用。结论宫颈泰栓有明显收敛、抗炎、抗菌作用,是治疗宫颈糜烂较理想的药物.
Objective To observe the convergence of cervical Thai suppository, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects. Results cervical Thai suppository (or powder) can precipitate the egg white liquid. So that guinea pig intestinal mucosa and skin whitening, tightening, etc .; p-xylene caused by rat ear inflammatory response was significantly inhibited; Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection in mice had a significant protective effect; Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, E. coli, green Pus rod Yin, Candida albicans have significant inhibitory effect. Conclusion cervical Thai suppository has obvious convergence, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial effect, is more ideal for the treatment of cervical erosion drugs.
