[目的]为了评价吡蚜酮、异丙威在水稻上残留动态和环境安全性。[方法]2009—2010年在湖南、福建、广西进行了残留动态试验,建立了高效快速检测方法。吡蚜酮样品用乙腈-丙酮(体积比85∶15)提取,经Pesticarb/NH2柱净化,HPLC-UV检测;异丙威样品用丙酮、二氯甲烷提取,浓缩净化后,GC-FID检测。[结果]2年3地消解动态试验结果显示:吡蚜酮在土壤、植株中的残留消解半衰期分别为2.6~5.3、0.8~1.6 d;异丙威在土壤、植株中的残留消解半衰期分别为1.7~4.1、0.8~2.6 d。[结论]推荐剂量和1.5倍推荐剂量,各施药2、3次,收获期取样检测吡蚜酮和异丙威,各样品均未检测出。72%吡蚜酮.异丙威WG在水稻上使用安全。
[Objective] The research aimed to evaluate the residual dynamics and environmental safety of pymetrozine and isoprocarb on rice. [Method] Residual dynamic tests were carried out in Hunan, Fujian and Guangxi from 2009 to 2010, and a rapid and efficient detection method was established. Pymetrozine samples were extracted with acetonitrile-acetone (85:15 by volume), purified by Pesticarb / NH2 column and detected by HPLC-UV. Isoprocarb samples were extracted with acetone and dichloromethane and purified by GC-FID. [Result] The dynamic test results of digestion in 3 years showed that the half-lives of pymetrozine residues in soils and plants were 2.6-5.3 and 0.8-1.6 days, respectively. The residual digestion half-lives of isoprocarb in soil and plant were 1.7 ~ 4.1, 0.8 ~ 2.6 d. [Conclusion] The recommended dose and 1.5 times the recommended dose were applied twice or three times each. Pymetrozine and isoprocarb were taken at the harvesting stage, and none of the samples were detected. 72% Pymetrozine. IPC is safe to use on rice.
