提出了一种新的计算机图像处理光栅投影三维轮廓测量系统,该系统用一分二单模光纤耦合器产生正弦光强分布的投影光栅场;将光纤一臂绕在压电陶瓷(PZT)环引入相移。将该系统用于实际测量得到了满意的效果。该系统具有结构简单、体积小、重量轻、光栅条纹清晰并且光强正弦分布等优点,有很高的实用价值。
A new computer vision processing grating projection 3D profile measurement system is proposed. The system uses a splitter and single mode fiber coupler to generate a projection optical grating with sinusoidal intensity distribution. The fiber is wrapped around the PZT ring Introduce phase shift. The system used in the actual measurement has been satisfactory results. The system has the advantages of simple structure, small size, light weight, clear grating stripes and strong sine distribution, which has high practical value.
