目的了解天津地区医院病媒生物监测点德国小蠊侵害和种群密度及季节消长,为医院的德国小蠊防治提供依据。方法 2006-2014年在天津地区医院病媒生物监测点用粘捕法对病房的德国小蠊进行监测,并对监测结果进行统计分析。结果 2006-2014年天津地区医院病媒生物监测点德国小蠊总体平均侵害率5.18%,平均密度0.25只/张。在16个监测区县中,经济欠发达的郊县地区(老五县)和新兴工业区(环城四区)的医院德国小蠊侵害率和密度相对较高,市内六区和滨海新区较低。德国小蠊侵害率及密度的季节消长呈单峰型,高峰为5-8月的夏季。德国小蠊侵害率和密度有年度波动现象,侵害率2007年最高,2013年最低;密度2008年最高,2013年最低。结论初步掌握了天津地区医院德国小蠊的侵害特征、种群密度、区域差异、季节消长和年度变化规律,为医院德国小蠊监测、风险评估、预测预警及控制提供基础数据。
Objective To understand the invasion of Blattella germanica and the population density and seasonal fluctuation of the vector in the hospital of Tianjin in order to provide evidence for the control of Blattella germanica in the hospital. Methods From 2006 to 2014, Blattella germanica was monitored by stick-catching method in the hospital vector-site of Tianjin Hospital. The monitoring results were statistically analyzed. Results From 2006 to 2014, the overall average invasion rate of Blattella germanica was 5.18% and the average density was 0.25 / d. Among 16 monitoring counties and districts, the invasion rate and density of German cockroaches in hospitals in economically underdeveloped suburb counties (Lao Wu County) and Xinxing Industrial Zone (4 districts in Baicheng City) are relatively high. The six districts and Binhai New Area Lower. The seasonal fluctuation of the infestation rate and density of German cockroach showed a single peak and the peak was the summer of May-August. The invasion rate and density of German cockroach fluctuate year after year, with the highest infringement rate in 2007 and the lowest in 2013; the highest density in 2008 and the lowest in 2013. Conclusion The invasive characteristics, population density, regional differences, seasonal fluctuation and annual variation of Blattella germanica at the Tianjin Hospital were initially mastered to provide basic data for the monitoring, risk assessment, prediction and warning and control of Blattella germanica.
