近年来,高温冶金炉窑都在推广使用Cr_2O_3质的高温涂料,大家都很关心它究竟能起多大的节能作用。本文介绍了在实验炉子上涂或不涂营口红旗高温涂料厂生产的GWT-Ⅱ型Cr_2O_3质高温涂料的对比实验情况并进行了分析。得出在该实验条件下,炉子升温过程的节能率为26.2%,炉子稳定状态下的节能率则与炉膛温度有关,在9.5%~18%之间。
In recent years, pyrometallurgical furnaces are promoting the use of high-temperature Cr_2O_3 coating, we are very concerned about how much it can play a role in energy conservation. In this paper, we compared the experimental results of GWT-Ⅱ type Cr_2O_3 high temperature coatings produced by coating or not coating Yingkouqi High Temperature Paint Factory on the experimental furnace and analyzed the results. The results show that under the experimental conditions, the energy-saving rate of the furnace during heating is 26.2%, and the energy-saving rate of the steady state of the furnace is related to the furnace temperature between 9.5% and 18%.
