目的:探究细节管理在内科病房的应用效果。方法:对德清县人民医院2014年6月~2015年6月内科病房管理情况进行回顾性分析,通过总结存在问题和隐患制定细节管理措施实行方案。2015年7月~2016年7月对内科病房患者加强基础护理和专科护理,并在内科病房实施细节管理方案,比较细节管理实施前后内科病房护理质量情况。结果:细节管理实施后,基础护理质量、护理文书、护理技能操作质量、急救物品管理质量及护理安全质量评分均高于细节管理护理前(P<0.05);实施后护理总满意率高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:在内科病房护理管理中实施细节管理,有利于病房管理质量的提升、护理不良事件发生情况的控制,促进老年患者的安全保障,提高患者及家属对护理服务的满意度。
Objectives: To explore the application of detail management in medical wards. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the management of medical ward in Deqing People’s Hospital from June 2014 to June 2015, and details of the management measures were formulated by summing up the existing problems and risks. From July 2015 to July 2016, basic and specialist nurses were strengthened in medical wards, and details of management programs were implemented in medical wards, and the quality of nursing care in medical wards was compared before and after details management was implemented. Results: The quality of basic nursing, nursing documents, quality of nursing skills operation, quality of first aid management and quality of nursing safety were all higher than those before detailed nursing (P <0.05) after implementation of detail management. The total satisfaction rate of nursing after implementation was higher than that of implementation Before (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of details management in the nursing management of medical wards is conducive to improving the quality of ward management, controlling the occurrence of adverse nursing events, promoting the safety of elderly patients and improving the satisfaction of patients and their families for nursing services.
