超声波高能高速液压机超声波高能高速液压机,是一种在原理和结构上新颖的带材或棒材液压设备。这种液压机的工作原理是: 带材坯料借助几台产生后张力的直线移动的电机(linearMotors)送入入口模,并由粘性液体(热腊或合适的重油)推入能承受压力达14060公斤/厘米~2(200000磅/吋~2)的挤压模。在挤压模中,带材坯料被成形液体的合适的静压力压薄(图1)。为了减小拉力和提高拉伸效率,在挤压模(或称拉模)的上下各装设一组超声换能器。
