心电图对肺心病的诊断价值,已为临床肯定,为了进一步提高肺心病诊断的符合率,湖北省肺心病协作组十四个单位对1977～1979年按1977年全国第二次肺心病专业会议制订的标准确诊为肺心病的住院病人1388例中,心电图资料完整的急性期576例及恢复期143例进行了分析,探讨肺心病在急性期与恢复期心电图的变化规律,同时也验证1977年心电图诊断标准
