随着市场经济的不断发展,企业人才之间的竞争也越来越激烈,企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中占据有利地位,必须要加强人力资源管理。工商管理类人才是企业人力资源管理中的重要组成部分,当前我国企业在工商管理类人才的培养上还存在很多问题,在一定程度上阻碍了企业的发展。本文主要分析了企业工商管理类人才培养的现状、必要性和培养原则,在此基础上提出了具体的解决对策,以供参考。
