近年来,日本首相安倍晋三表示,自民党将提出修改《和平宪法》第96条草案,日本修宪问题再次成为人们关注的热点。实际上,日本修宪问题由来已久。二战后,日美关系不断演变,日本国内对于修宪的呼声也随之此起彼伏。本文以二战后日美关系为切入点,分析不同阶段日本的修宪问题。
In recent years, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said the Liberal Democratic Party will propose amending Article 96 of the “Peace Constitution,” and the issue of constitutional amendment in Japan once again becomes a hot spot for people’s attention. In fact, the issue of constitutional amendment in Japan has been protracted. After World War II, the relations between Japan and the United States kept evolving, and the calls for amending the constitution in Japan also came one after another. Based on the post-World War II Japan-U.S. Relations, this article analyzes Japan’s constitutional amendment issues at different stages.
