为了研究强筋优质小麦新品种周麦24号的配套栽培措施,采用四因子二次正交旋转组合设计,研究了播期、密度、追肥期、多效唑对周麦24号产量和品质特性的影响。结果表明,产量主要受播期和追肥期的共同影响,与播期、追肥期呈线性关系。蛋白质含量受播期、密度、追肥期和多效唑共同影响;面筋指数、揉混仪参数8min峰高主要受播期的显著影响。建立了产量模型:Y=554.85-49.07 X1-22.55 X3,预测产量最大值为10 129.5kg·hm-2。综合分析认为,周麦24号在10月10日左右播种、基本苗210万.hm-2、2月20日左右追肥、不喷施多效唑的条件下,产量和品质较好。
In order to study the supplementary cultivation of strong gluten wheat variety Zhoumai 24, quadratic quadratic orthogonal rotation combined design was used to study the effect of paclobutrazol on the yield and quality characteristics of Zhoumai 24 . The results showed that the yield was mainly affected by the common impact of sowing date and top dressing, and sowing date, top dressing was a linear relationship. The protein content was affected by the sowing date, the density, the top-dressing period and paclobutrazol. The gluten index and the parameters of kneading instrument at 8 min were mainly affected by the sowing date significantly. The yield model was established: Y = 554.85-49.07 X1-22.55 X3, and the maximum predicted production was 10 129.5 kg · hm-2. According to a comprehensive analysis, Zhoumai 24 was sown around Oct. 10 with a basic seed volume of 2.1 million .hm-2. After top dressing on February 20th and no paclobutrazol spraying, the yield and quality were better.
