本文研究了硫系化合物玻璃Ge_(15)Te_(81)S_2Sb_2在低温下的电导机理,发现该材料在低温下具有一定的变程跳跃导电特性(Inσ~T~(-1/4),作者从电子有效负相关能的变化解释了这种现象.
In this paper, the conductivity mechanism of Ge 15 Te 81 S 2 Sb 2 at low temperature has been studied. It is found that the material has a certain Intrinsic Hopping (Inσ ~ T ~ (-1/4)) conductivity at low temperature. This phenomenon is explained by the change in the energy of the electron’s effective negative correlation.
