目的 :分析周期性麻痹的表现与诊断 ,减少误诊。方法 :对 3 1例周期性麻痹病人进行系统分析。结果 :周期性麻痹多数预后良好 ;对疾病的正确认识、早期诊断和及时恰当的治疗是治疗成功的关键。关注重症病人是降低死亡率的关键 Objective: To analyze the performance and diagnosis of periodic paralysis and reduce misdiagnosis. Methods: A systematic analysis of 31 patients with periodic paralysis was performed. Results: The majority of patients with periodic paralysis had a good prognosis.
