Quercitrin, myricetin and amentoflavone are the main flavones in Chamaecyparis obtusa leaves. They have antioxidant and anticancer abilities and already been used as an antibacterial agent.Previous studies showed that myricetin exerted an antiproliferative effect on lung cancer cells. The antiangiogenic activity of amentoflavone and may help further improve its effectiveness in controlling cancer growth and metastasis. However, the flavones have rarely been reported.Functional ionic liquid-modified microporous polymers will be introduced in this separation.Microporous polymer has a large surface area which can contain large amount of functional groups.Ionic liquids (ILs), as excellent functional chemicals, received lots of research attentions.Their characteristics, such as hydrophobicity, miscibility with several inorganic/organic solvents, n-n interactions between analyte and functional groups of the ILs, are widely applied.
