Centrosome-related protein CrpF46, a novel protein we discovered, is located at centrosome during interphase while in cytoplasm during mitotic phase.According to current researching clue and the analysis of phosphorylation sites predicted by softwares, we inferred that the phosphorylation modification regulation of CrpF46 is likely to play a significant role in its cellular function.
