呼吸肌训练对自行车运动员肺功能的影响

  目的:呼吸肌训练是提高运动员竞技水平的一种新方法,本实验的目的是观察SpiroTiger呼吸肌耐力训练仪对自行车运动员肺功能、血乳酸和心率的影响.方法:以12名S省自行车队运动员为实验对象,根据训练水平、年龄、性别、身高和体重随机分为实验组和对照组,每组6人,各3名女队员.实验组使用SpiroTiger呼吸肌耐力训练仪进行1个月的呼吸肌训练,第1至3天每天训练15分钟,呼吸频率为40次/分,第4至7天每天训练20分钟,呼吸频率为50次/分,之后每天训练30分钟,呼吸频率为60-70次/分,两组执行相同的训练计划,生活条件类似.使用用意大利COSMED公司生产的COS MED流量传感仪测量FVC(用力呼气肺活量)、FEV1(用力呼气一秒量)、PEF(最高呼气流速)、PEV1/VC%(第1秒用力呼气量/肺活量%)、FEV1/FVC%(一秒率)、FEV1/FVC%(第1秒用力呼气量/用力呼气肺活量)、VC(肺活量)、MVV(最大通气量)等肺功能指标;利用自行车功率计控制负荷强度(男150W,女130W),以日本京都血乳酸测定仪Lactate ProTM LT-1710测量6分钟定量负荷4分钟后血乳酸,记录负荷后即刻心率,以上指标实验前后各测试一次.实验数据使用SPSS 10.0处理,统计方法为同组实验前后进行配对T检验分析,显著性水平为P<0.05.结果:实验组自行车运动员使用SpiroTiger呼吸肌耐力训练仪1个月后,FVC(实验前4.92±1.31L,实验后5.24±1.41L,P=0.012)和MVV(实验前125.61±36.22L,实验后145.20±22.27,P=0.043)明显增加,其他肺功能指标无明显变化;实验后6分钟定量负荷后心率明显降低(实验前131.00±3.87次/分,实验后112.50±11.6次/分,P=0.007);但6分钟定量负荷后的血乳酸浓度实验前后无明显变化(实验前2.40±1.05mmol/1,实验后2.10±0.59 mmol/l);对照组各项指标实验前后均无明显变化.结论:使用SpiroTiger呼吸肌耐力训练仪可明显改善肺功能,提高用力肺活量和最大通气量;降低运动后即刻心率;但降低运动后血乳酸的作用不明显,对此尚需进一步研究.
