　　Shuanghuanglian injection is a traditional Chinese medicine extracted and purified from honeysuckle (double flowers), skullcap and forsythia.As the composition of shuanghuanglian injection is complex and diverse, a comprehensive study of its chemical composition is very difficult.A method was development for rapid determination of chemical composition in Shuanghuanglian injection on UFLC coupled with LCMS-IT-TOF.Identified 20 kinds of main components by precise molecular weight and MSn fragment, and analyzed the possible fragmentation pathway and structures of these compounds.
