目的基于前期工作,选择集中表达于女性生殖系统的卵泡刺激素(Follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)受体(FSH receptor,FSHR)作为靶位点,制备主动靶向沉默生长调节性癌基因α(Growth-regulated oncogene alpha,gro-α)的纳米药物,研究其对人卵巢癌裸鼠模型的抗肿瘤疗效.
