Aim: To research the mechanism of repolarization reserve change in rabbit heart failure model.Methods: 24 rabbits were divided randomly into Sham group and heart failure (HF) group.The ventricular myocytes were isolated by enzymatic method.Total cellular RNA was extracted, RT-qPCR was performed to compare the differences of KCNH2 and KCNQ1 between HF and Sham group in the level of mRNA.
