目的 编制适合我国成年失禁患者发生失禁相关性皮炎的风险评估量表(Risk assessment scale for Patients with Incontinence-associated dermatitis,IADRAS),并进行信效度的检验,为临床评估失禁患者发生IAD 的风险提供评估工具.方法 采取结构化的决策方法从多维度拟定量表条目,经过Delphi 专家咨询对条目进行筛选,用综合评分法确定条目的权重,形成初量表;对408 例患者进行测试,用克朗巴赫系数法、相关系数法、因子分析法、逻辑分析法、判别分析法联合对量表进行考评.
