K562 cell line was separated from the red blood cells of CML patient.They are equivalent to the erythroid and megacryocyte common progenitor cells during the stem cell differentiation characterized with stopped differentiation.As an important member of the CRK family,CrkL plays important roles in cell proliferation,migration and differentiation.This study aimed to establish the association of CrkL in K562 cell proliferation with the underlying action mechanism.
