The casting table with lubricating oil and wipe was used in this study, 30T 7055 superhigh strength aluminium alloy with diameter of 582 mm were cast successfully, and the effects of parameters on melting and casting of 7055 aluminium alloy were studied.The research results show that the hydrogen content in the liquid metal can be decreased from 0.198 ml/100g Al to 0.103 ml/100 g Al when three rotors are used in degassing tank.
