目的探讨六味地黄颗粒对哮喘大鼠肺部TGF-βRⅠ、TGF-βRⅡmRNA含量的干预作用;方法逆转录-荧光实时定量PCR法检测大鼠肺组织TGF-βRⅠ、TGF-βRⅡmRNA含量,比较正常组、哮喘模型组、各用药组之间两个指标水平的差异;结果联合用药组的大鼠肺组织TGF-βRⅠ、TGF-βRⅡmRNA接近,均接近于于正常组,且显著低于模型组;结论六味地黄颗粒能够协同激素类药物,下调哮喘大鼠肺组织TGF-βRⅠ、TGF-βRⅡmRNA的表达。
Objective To investigate the effects of Liuwei Dihuang granule on the levels of TGF-βRⅠ and TGF-βRⅡmRNA in the lungs of asthmatic rats. Methods The contents of TGF-βRⅠ and TGF-βRⅡmRNA in the lungs of rats were detected by RT-PCR. Asthmatic model group and each treatment group. Results The TGF-βRⅠand TGF-βRⅡmRNA in the lung tissue of the combination group were similar to those in the normal group and were significantly lower than those in the model group. Conclusion Six flavors Rehmanniae granules can synergize with hormonal drugs and down-regulate the expression of TGF-βRⅠand TGF-βRⅡmRNA in the lung tissue of asthmatic rats.
