　　In this study, cultural properties that morphological and anatomical features of Lycoperdon perlatum Pers.spores and mycelium from Turkey were examined.Fructification in shape nearly spherical and reaches of 2-5 cm wide, 4-7 cm tall.The exoperidium of the carpofor is covered with short granular warts.
