Background Chronic heart failure is also called chronic congestive heart failure,which is mainly caused by primary lesions and cardiac overload.When the patients conditions begin to stabilize after systematic chemotherapy in hospital,they need to recuperate at home most of the time.As a result,the community nursing has become a requirement and essential trend for the continuous treatment and recovery of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.
