缓激肽受体基因敲除对小鼠阿霉素性心肌损伤模型eNOS和iNOS表达的影响

  目的 阿霉素(Doxorubicin,BOX),是一种高效广谱的抗肿瘤药物,然而剂量依赖性的心脏毒性使其应用受到限制。这可能和其可产生氧自由基(OFR)导致心肌氧化损伤有关。为观察缓激肽受体介导的NO信号通路在DOX致急性心肌损伤中的作用,本研究采用野生型和缓激肽(BK)受体双敲除(B132√-)小鼠模型观察了eNOS和iNOS在DO×性急性心肌损伤中的表达。
