侵袭转移是恶性肿瘤的最重要的生物学特征。肿瘤细胞的旺盛生长使其对铁需求远大于正常细胞,所以螯合治疗成为一种重要治疗策略。铁螯合剂展示了良好抗肿瘤特性及抑制侵袭转移能力,但作用机理尚未充分阐明。二硫代甲酸衍生物是一类重要的铁螯合剂,能从铁蛋白中萃取铁。细胞增殖评估显示它对HepG2、HCT-116、CT26细胞的生长有较强的抑制作用;克隆形成实验获得相似结果;Balb/c小鼠移植瘤实验表明二硫代甲酸衍生物对CT26肿瘤有明显抑制作用;鉴于良好的生物活性,我们对它的作用机制进行了初步研究,结果显示涉及凋亡与ROS形成。
