Objective To evaluate the left ventricular systolic function by three-dimensional speckle tracking imaging(3D-STI) in different patterns of hypertension.Methods The study population includes 90 hypertension patients and 30 normal subjects (group N).According to Ganan classification, hypertension patients were classified into four groups : normal geometry (group I, n =40) , concentric remodeling (group Ⅱ, n =20), concentric hypertrophy (group Ⅲ, n =15) and eccentric hypertrophy (grouplV, n =15) With 3D-STI, the parameters of left ventricular (LV) systolic function included global longitudinal peak systolic strain (GLS), globalradical strain (GRS), global circumferential strain (GCS), global area strain (GAS) and LV ejection fraction(LVEF).
