Skin ulcer of sacral region including pressure sore is a predilection place to bedrest patients.Although there are various methods such as usual skin flap, fasciocutaneous flap, muscle flap, musculocutaneous flap and skin graft, these has each advantage and disadvantage.Here we show a new concept of the propeller flap method named "Propeller-Packman flap method", and also conventional propeller flap method with an axis of superior gluteal artery perforator.The maximal aim of the method is to do minimal operation with local anesthesia, to close donor site primarily and easily, with low invasion, and it makes operation time shorter.This time we show some sacral pressure ulcer patients covered with the propeller flap including the propeller-packrnan flap, and were able to get a favorable result.
