Objective To investigate the correlation between special pathogens and colorectal adenomas (CRA) by comparing total bacteria, Bacteroides fragilis (BF), enterotoxigenic Bacteroides fragilis (ETBF), pks (polyketide synthase)+E.c0li and other differences among the adenoma tissue of CRA (T/CRA), normal colonic mucosa tissue next to the adenoma (N/CRA) and healthy colonic mucosa tissue (N/H).
