Objective To study the preventive effects of Ganoderma Lucidum Polyccharide (GLPs) on arteriosclerosis and the relationships of oxidative stress.Methods Seventy-two male mature Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into six groups randomly and equally:normal group,model group,GLPs (800mg/kg/d) group,GLPs (400mg/kg/d) group.GLPs (200mg/kg/d) group.Simvastatin group (1.8mg/kg/d).Normal saline was given to rats of normal group and model group with the same volume and same way.
