地下矿山下向深孔中存有水及泥浆,用普通的铵松蜡、铵油炸药因其密度较低,不易沉降到孔底,爆破效果较差。我们研制的高密度低成本抗水乳化炸药(简称BJ-2炸药)。通过实验室试验及现场爆破作业,对其各组分之间的相互关系及炸药性能影响因素等作了分析比较,提出了以特种添加剂作为增密材料。其效果显著,受到矿山的重视及欢迎。
Under the underground mine, water and mud are stored in the deep hole. Ordinary ammonium pine wax and ammonium dynamite are not easy to sink to the bottom of the hole because of their low density, so the blasting effect is poor. We developed a high-density low-cost water-resistant emulsion explosives (referred to as BJ-2 explosives). Through laboratory tests and field blasting operations, the correlation between the various components and the influencing factors of explosives performance are analyzed and compared, and the special additives are proposed as the densified materials. The effect is significant, by the mine’s attention and welcome.
